    Alex Cecchetti invites you to savour – literally – the delights of poetry at very special dinners provided in the course of the Tamam Shud exhibition.

     

    Presentation

    The event will be punctuated by six dinners composed by the artist Alex Cecchetti. Right there in the middle of the Dinner Room a table and chairs inspired by designer Enzo Mari's Autoprogettazione and etched with imaginary tarot motifs await four guests. To order the meal two menus fed by poems have to be read aloud; the poems have been interpreted by chef Chloé Charles, a rising star on the French gastronomy scene and veteran of restaurants including L’Epi Dupin, L’Astrance, Septime and Fulgurances.

    Chloé Charles

    Nearing thirty, Chloé Charles is a leading light on today's gastronomy scene in France. After working with François Pasteau at L'Epi Dupin, Pascal Barbot at L'Astrance, Bertrand Grébaut at Septime and David Toutain at L'Agapé Substance, she became head chef at Fulgurances. She now offers her services for major events, community association projects and home catering.
